Terms and Condition

You may return products purchased from Prunus (BNB NUTS AND SPICES) if there are valid reasons, as assessed by our

customer service team. Refunds are possible under specific conditions, and orders can be cancelled
prior to shipping.
While Prunus endeavors to provide easy returns, refunds, and cancellations, please note that certain
Restrictions are necessary to fulfil business, legal, and contractual obligations.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

1. You received a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product.
2. The product received does not match the one you ordered.

Conditions for Returning Products

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we
    cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the original condition with all packaging.
    labels, and the invoice.
  • Brand Packaging: The original brand packaging should be intact and undamaged.
  • Availability: Replacement is subject to the availability of the product on the website at the
    time of the request.

To initiate a return or refund request, please email care@prunus.in within 3 days of receiving the
product. Your email should include:

  • Product name and Order ID
  • Photos of the product with visible Batch ID
  • Detailed description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status
of your refund.

  • For Online Payments (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card): We will initiate the refund with
    our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of approval. Funds will typically be
    returned within 14 working days, subject to your bank or payment gateway methods.2
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD): Please share your bank details (a copy of your bank statement,
    cancelled cheque, or passbook with relevant customer details). The refund will be processed
    within three working days of return approval.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some delays may occur on their end.
